Photo Safari Clinics

A message from Wildman Safaris

Over the last few years, we have heard our clients say repeatedly how they wish they could take better photographs on their trips! We have noticed that a number of our clients have invested in a quality camera but just need a few hours of “practical” guiding to help them to take better shots, more often.

Aob River. Tabi got to see her giraffe. A beautiful sighting as the sun set.

So in the light of the above, it is with great excitement that I can say that we may have found a great solution for you! We have teamed up with a lovely family guy from Cape Town called Stephen Cruickshank who is a professional photographer and coach with a love for the bush and a wonderful way with people. What struck me when we first started chatting was that Stephen is not one of these photographer’s with an ego as big as his lens, but rather, he is the kind of guy who could really help people get more out of their equipment and ensure you have a great time doing it!

We had three adolescent lions at the Nossob waterhoe for 24 hours. Stunning viewing.

So Stephen and I have put together 2 wildlife photo safari clinics at 2 of our more ‘photogenic’ venues and we are offering small groups the chance to improve their wildlife and outdoor photography skills. These are 3 or 4 night fully inclusive trips personally hosted by Stephen for groups of 6 – 8 people and they will run in a clinic format. You can read more about the different trips in the attached documents but I think they are going to be highly sought after experiences. I also like the fact that when you have done learning and have captured your award winning shot, both venues still allow you to venture out on safari or pick up your fishing rod and go and tackle a tigerfish so there is a great variety of activities on offer as well.

Please let us know if you would be interested in such a clinic and we can look at some dates for you.
