After photographing a number of the experiences for Airbnb’s marketing, I was then one of the first to sign up to host my own experience in Cape Town. My experience is all about photography and the town of my roots, Kalk Bay. I will walk you through the village while teaching you how to take better photos. Along the way I’ll share some of my insights and memories of growing up in this stunning seaside village in Cape Town.
I have recently limited the numbers on the photowalk to 2 (and will even take it down to just you if requested) so I can give undivided attention to your needs.

Three words: above and beyond. Stephen is amazingly knowledgeable (both photography and the SA area), patient, and fun. We are novice “picture takers”, purchasing our camera last year for Christmas but were a bit intimidated and overwhelmed by it. Thanks to this experience Stephen brought us up to speed very quickly. He is a great teacher and truly enjoys his craft which reflected in our entire time with him. As newly weds on our honeymoon, my wife booked this experience so I was taken by surprise when we sat down for a coffee “post shoot” to have Stephen review our photos on his laptop – I am not joking every single one (over 100).
